Main Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist in designing, implementing, and enhancing CEPCO’s performance
management framework.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year, and
year-end reviews.
• Ensure alignment between individual goals and CEPCO’s strategic objectives.
• Analyze performance data to support talent decisions and organizational
development.
• Deliver training sessions on performance tools and best practices.
• Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), promotions, and succession
planning.
• Collaborate with L&D team to link performance with development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of
performance practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in performance management or organizational
development.
• Strong knowledge of performance methodologies (e.g., KPIs, SMART objectives,
OKRs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRMS platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
